About Anju Shahani
Anju Shahani is a global citizen and passionate facilitator of joy, well-being, and authentic human connection. Having lived and worked across Mumbai, Hong Kong, London, Moscow, Kuwait, and Dubai, she embraces the mantra “change is the only constant”—a philosophy she brings to her work as a Laughter Yoga Expert, Happiness Coach, and Human Connection Enthusiast.
Certified by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga University, Anju has been honored as an Ambassador of the University for her contributions to the global laughter movement. With over 14 years of experience, she has led corporate seminars worldwide, helping employees reduce stress, spark creativity, and strengthen teamwork, while also training and certifying more than 100 Laughter Yoga leaders to spread joy globally.
Her curiosity and commitment to human connection led her to earn her Senior Certified Professional Coach credential from the Coach Transformation Academy (2019) and further specialize as a Happiness & Mindfulness Coach at the Berkeley School of Well-Being, California. Today, she blends science-backed tools, embodied practices, and compassionate coaching to help individuals and organisations cultivate resilience, balance, and authentic happiness.
