Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.

Coaching Packages

Refunds

• Coaching packages may be cancelled for a full refund within 15 calendar days from the purchase date, provided no session has been attended.
• Once a package has commenced or 15 calendar days have passed, the package becomes non-refundable, including any unused sessions.

Validity

• Coaching packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to the practitioner's availability and agreement. If the practitioner is unable to accommodate the request, the session may be considered used.

Exceptional Circumstances

THC may consider exceptions at its sole discretion in cases such as hospitalization or other documented emergencies.
