Ana-Maria Iliescu is an internationally accredited PCC Leadership Coach who partners with senior leaders and organizations to strengthen self-leadership, elevate performance, and lead with greater clarity under pressure.

With more than 15 years of experience across global technology, aviation, and leadership development, Ana-Maria has worked within complex, multicultural environments, including leading teams representing more than 120 nationalities. Her client portfolio spans the MENA region, Europe, and North America, across industries including management consulting, technology, energy, healthcare, hospitality, and public administration.

At the heart of her work is her proprietary 3C Framework: Communication, Connection, and Consistency. Through this approach, she helps leaders move beyond reactive decision-making, sharpen their thinking, strengthen their influence, and build resilient, high-performing teams without compromising their well-being.

Ana-Maria’s coaching combines leadership development, strengths-based practices, and positive psychology to amplify what is already working while addressing the patterns that may be limiting performance.
