Younis Al Hosani

Younis Al Hosani is a coach, trainer, educational leadership expert, and media personality dedicated to empowering individuals through leadership, self-development, and purposeful growth. With a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from UAE University, Younis brings extensive experience in coaching, training, educational development, and transformational learning. His work combines strategic leadership insight with a human-centered approach that encourages individuals to discover their strengths, build confidence, and create meaningful impact in their personal and professional lives.

As an ICF ACC certified coach, certified master trainer, educational consultant, and founder of Erth Training & Educational Consultancy, Younis has contributed to leadership and development initiatives across educational and community sectors in the UAE. He is also a board member of the Emirates Association for Management Consultants and Trainers, a member of the Khorfakkan Parents Council, a certified judge for the Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical and Educational Sciences, author of the book The Coaches’ Café, and a content creator and media figure passionate about sharing knowledge and inspiring growth.
