Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from The Holistic Culture. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unused and unopened
- With tags attached and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email findyourself@theholisticculture.com with your order number and item details. Do not send items back without prior confirmation, as they will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label along with step-by-step return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personal care or beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at findyourself@theholisticculture.com with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
Need something else? The fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded as per our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please reach out to us at findyourself@theholisticculture.com.
Session Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are accepted, including within 24 hours of the session, provided a reasonable amount of notice is given and subject to practitioner availability.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that some banks or payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
