Dr. Yahya Al Kalbani is a Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with over 15 years of experience supporting youth, individuals, and families through emotional and psychological transformation. With a PhD in Mental Health and a strong academic background in happiness research, emotional intelligence, and stress management, he offers a compassionate, culturally attuned approach to mental well-being and family dynamics.

As a published author of children’s educational books, Yahya is deeply committed to early intervention and youth empowerment—believing in the power of emotional awareness and resilience-building from an early age.

Currently based in the UAE, he provides thoughtful, evidence-based support for young people and their families as they navigate life’s emotional challenges with courage and clarity.
