Mazen El Cheikh

Mazen El Cheikh is a Certified Professional Coach and senior educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in human development, educational leadership, and organizational capacity building across the GCC and Middle East.

As a Divorce and Relationship Recovery Coach, Mazen supports individuals navigating divorce, separation, heartbreak, and major emotional transitions. His approach combines professional coaching methodologies with compassionate, structured guidance to help clients process difficult experiences, rebuild their identity and self-worth, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Alongside his coaching practice, Mazen brings extensive expertise in whole-school improvement, curriculum development, language education, teacher training, and educational leadership. He has supported educators and institutions in strengthening instructional practices, developing leadership capacity, improving curriculum design, and creating sustainable approaches to organizational and professional development.

Mazen is also an experienced conference presenter and facilitator who has spoken across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. His previous engagements include the Educational Development Institute in Doha, TESOL Arabia Annual Conference, Annual Education Conference Dubai, Applied Linguistics Conference, NESA Winter Training Institute, Arabic Language Conference, and TARA Conference.
