
Lana Fayez Al Kattan
Description
Lana Fayez Al Kattan is a community development trainer, cultural dialogue moderator, and women empowerment facilitator with extensive experience across government initiatives, cultural platforms, training programs, and community-based projects in the UAE.
Since 2016, Lana has coordinated Istirahat Ma’rifa, one of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation initiatives in Dubai, delivering and managing more than 100 cultural and knowledge sessions. She also coordinated the Foundation’s platform at the Sharjah International Book Fair for four years, supporting knowledge exchange, cultural engagement, and public dialogue.
Her work focuses on empowering women, strengthening families, supporting youth, and creating meaningful spaces for learning, dialogue, and social impact. She has moderated and managed approximately 600 cultural and knowledge sessions with women in the UAE, highlighting topics related to women’s empowerment, family wellbeing, and childhood development.
Lana has also delivered training for leadership entities and Emirati women leaders in the UAE, with sessions focused on self-development, entrepreneurship, and family development. Her experience includes workshops for summer and winter camps in Sharjah children’s centers, as well as community awareness sessions through government initiatives across the UAE.
As the Founder and President of Positive Imprints Initiative in the UAE, Lana leads a community initiative dedicated to supporting women, small and medium enterprises, family development, and voluntary social impact. The initiative provides workshops, lectures, project guidance, marketing support, and practical family support to help individuals and communities become more empowered and productive.
Her work also extends into entrepreneurship, youth development, inclusion, and cultural literacy. She has supported women entrepreneurs through training and marketing programs, launched conferences for government and private entities across the Arab world, participated in the Emirati Brands Forum, trained young people aged 7 to 17 in entrepreneurship, and supported people of determination through workforce integration, training workshops, psychological support for families, and inclusive community events.
