Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses or destructive code.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee your monitor’s accuracy.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region and to limit quantities. We may discontinue any product at any time.

We do not guarantee that the quality of products or Services will meet your expectations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If the client cancels more than 12 hours before the scheduled session, the session fee will be refunded in full.

  • If the client cancels within 12 hours, 50% of the session fee will be refunded.

  • If the client misses the session or does not attend, no refund will be issued.

By completing a booking, the client confirms they understand and agree to this policy.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for your use of these tools.

Future new features or Services will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit ideas or materials, we may use them without restriction. We have no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, compensate you, or respond.

You agree your comments will not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy.

The Holistic Culture platform is a service provider only.

  • All sessions are confidential between the client and the specialist.

  • The Holistic Culture team is not responsible for any information shared during sessions.

  • Specialists are solely responsible for managing sensitive information and complying with any legal reporting requirements (e.g., risk of self-harm or harm to others).

  • All visitor details are handled with strict confidentiality.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold The Holistic Culture harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that portion is severed, and the remaining provisions remain valid.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping use of the site.
