Rooted and Radiant: The Energy of True Confidence
Confidence isn’t about having it all figured out
This week focuses on the body as a vessel for self-trust. Through breathwork, posture, and energetic healing (like solar plexus practices), we explore how confidence is built from the inside out. It's not about appearing strong — it’s about feeling steady and safe in who you are.
🧠 Key Topics

How calmness helps you feel more confident.
⭐ The solar plexus and self-worth
A simple energy center in your body tied to personal power.

Why True Confidence Feels Different
What if confidence had nothing to do with being loud, fearless, or always right?
Research in psychology tells us that healthy self-confidence is not about charisma or dominance — it’s about self-efficacy: the belief that you can handle what life brings. Studies show that people with high self-efficacy are more likely to persevere, manage stress, and bounce back after failure (Bandura, 1997; Zimmerman, 2000).
But in real life, confidence isn’t always easy. Especially if you grew up hearing:
“Don’t talk too much.”
“You’re too sensitive.”
“Who do you think you are?”
So instead of chasing external validation, we learn to build internal trust:
By keeping small promises to ourselves.
By speaking kindly to our reflection.
By allowing ourselves to grow at our own pace.
Confidence from within means:
💭 I respect my voice, even if it trembles.
🧘🏽 I trust my path, even if others don’t see it.
⭐ I believe in my worth - not because of what I do, but because of who I am.
This week is about turning inward. Listening in. And gently letting go of the need for outside approval.
You don’t need to feel confident to take action.
But every time you act from self-respect - confidence grows.
🧘🏽♀️ Weekly Practices
🖋️ Inner Critic vs Inner Guide
Fold a paper in half. On the left, write common things your inner critic says. On the right, respond with what your wise, kind self would say instead. Keep this nearby.
🧘🏽♀️ Solar Plexus Breath Activation
Sit upright, place a hand over your upper abdomen. Take 10 deep belly breaths, feeling that area expand. This energizes your solar plexus — the energy center of confidence and willpower.
✍🏼 Journal Prompt
What belief about confidence was passed down to me that I want to rewrite?
🌸 Small Bravery Act
Choose one small action you’ve been avoiding (speaking up in a meeting, posting online, asking for support). Do it this week. Celebrate yourself afterward — even if it felt scary.
